Art 21 of Indian Constitution guaranteed the Right to Education of Children under Right to Life, beside the Children of Dalits and Adivasis, Minorities are often targeted for caste discrimination and social exclusion in the educational institutions and public sphere. It was resulted in school dropouts, child labour, hindered in perusing higher education.
