The Dalits and Adivasis are often excluded in the Disaster Response and the social vulnerability and caste manifesting the discriminations and exclusions of Dalits, Adivasis and Religious Minorities, Persons with Disability, Aged and Gender. POPE has been engaging in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM), Humanitarian Response with Social Inclusive Frame Work to ensure the Humanitarian Response with Equality and Human Dignity.
